Iksar and Factions

Hey so me and my brothers decided to go try Guk out, but we are Iksar and have bad faction with everyone. Is there any way for me to get my faction up with Grobb so I can at least bind with in the city. I checked out the iksars guide for faction through murder but the mobs listed are level 31+ and I'm only 22 atm. anything else I can do try and get it up? or just get some levels and kill Inyuga

The Grobb wiki page details how to increase each faction. It's fairly simple if you have sneak or access to wolf form. Not worth the effort at that level though.
