Sleep before 11pm so your pineal gland can produce melatonin. Otherwise light tricks it into thinking it daylight and ruins it, especially phone and computer screens.

Nah man,. 80-100 is the prime when I'm totally senile and the dementia is in full effect.
I can relive everquest and still be just as crotchety as I am now.
