every time i train in Meditate it tells me the following

error: skill at cap value, training failed.

i currently have 0 points in it and am level 7. it wont let me put a single point in it even those it shows that i can so it doesn't save any training i do at all

I get the same error as a bard when trying to train Pick Lock. It also eats your practice points - tried a few times to train - lost practice points, never got the ability.

Green server. Level 14 currently.

Unless it was changed, it is listed as level 10 at the trainer. Certainly possible it is listed as 10 but doesn't actually unlock until 40, which would be the bug.

Update: I also get the same error when trying to train Sense Traps (as well as pick lock still)

This is a known issue. The client displays skills available at the levels when they were available at the time EQ-Titanium was made (circa 2005). These levels are not always the same as when given skills were available in the 1999-2001 period P1999 simulates. The P1999 staff has as yet been unable to fix the client display to match with the actual server-side levels.

There might be some things different between Blue and Green/Teal since they are in different eras and I dont think thats specified on pages yet (such as Druid tracking)
