Locked out of Teal

So I died (yay) this morning and got d/c'ed while loading back at my bind location. When I try to log back into Teal I get booted back to the login screen. Upon trying to login again to get back to the server selection screen I get an "Error 1017 cannot login to the EverQuest Server"....I can login to Blue and Green fine, this only happens for Teal.

Yes, I have tried reinstalling, the problems persists. Any thoughts? Everything I saw when I searched for the error pointed to just reinstalling. I tried making a new account and that still has the same problem with logging into Teal.

Update: This has been resolved. While being originally logged in, I plugged my phone in to charge in my USB port. This I believe changed my active network to my hotspot or something. Once I unplugged the phone, I was able to login again :)

use a VPN, was recommended to me by CSR and worked for me.
