Did accounts get deleted

I haven't been active for some time but my main P99 account says that it doesn't have any accounts associated with it. Was there a wipe of inactive accounts at some point?

accounts were never deleted but any level 1 characters were

It wasn't just level 1 characters, I believe it was level 10 and below AND they hadn't been logged in on for some set of time. There should be an announcement you can look for.

No accounts, only level 1 toons and un-played level 10 and below for over 12 months from memory.

Hopefully I'm in the right spot. Old time player looking to walk Norrath once more I had an account for both EQ1 & 2 though I did cancel my subscription at least several years ago. What I am curious about is are my toons from EQ1 still available to be played/able to be recovered or do I need to start from scratch? Thanks in advance for any help with this and if I'm in the wrong spot I do apologize and would kindly ask where I would need to go to post this.

Mal, if you are talking about your characters on official EQ1/2, those would be through Daybreak games. This is an emulated server up through Velious, any characters on here are started from scratch unless you made characters on p1999 prior.

Thanks Abbelyn, but gonna say oh crud was hoping to bring them over if possible. But at least I remember enough about the toons to rebuild them from scratch.
