I apologize if this is the wrong area for this, but I've looked everywhere I can think of and I can't find any Support or Help areas for the forum itself.
Long story short, my uncle forgot his loginserver password, but lives in an area with poor/no cell service so he has no cell phone. He tried using his textfree.us number for SMS verification, but hasn't received the code yet. It's been about 30 minutes since he requested the SMS verification code. I sent his number a message to verify it's working, and it is.
So currently he's stuck in a state where he doesn't have the code and can't try giving a different number (like mine) for SMS verification to reset his loginserver account password.
What should he do to resolve this situation?
