Received some response on this so some additional information:

0% rez will almost always be on hand if things go sideways. Time clock would stop upon death and restart upon next exp hit after rez.

Only high ZEM zones will be used, depending on current zone populations to avoid inflaming traditional levelers in those zones.

Discounts are available for bulk hours purchased.

Half payment required up front to my trader in EC before beginning powerleveling session.

Just out of curiosity usually how many levels per hour would one get? If I were a dwarf cleric? Say level 5?

I could guarantee you a minimum of 5 levels for a 1 hour session, possibly more.
