A Cubert PH (Gelatinous cube) was pathing and pathed into a wall. I sent a pet after him (pet went into the wall as well) and after pet got smacked (got a DS message) I pulled my pet back (attempting to pull cube out of the wall). Took several minutes for my pet to return to view. Cube never did return to view and no cubert or placeholders have been seen since (we are talking 10+ Hrs now).
I think there is a cube somewhere in the Qeynos sewer walls, unable to get back on "path" and unable to die, breaking the spawn cycle (and may require GM intervention to restore).
