Okay now that "Crows special brew" is purchasable, a new bug has been exposed.
in this quest (http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/quest.html?quest=545) you are supposed to buy 4 "crows special brew" and give them to Gharin in south qeynos. when I did that he just takes them and offers no response.
