Question About When Mage Pets Get Dodge

I'm slowly trying to add a set of "by level pet comparison" tables to the wiki, and I've noticed something odd. The wiki (http://wiki.project1999.com/Pet_Guide) says that all mage pets get "Dodge, Parry/ Double Attack @ 17" ... except Fire pets who get "Dodge & Parry @ 13".

The fire pets are, skill-wise, the runts of the mage pet litter. They get a powerful DS the other pets don't, so they don't get Bash, Double Attack, etc. It seems wrong that they'd get Dodge and Parry three levels before the other pets.

Is it actually that all Mage pets get Dodge and Parry at 13+, and then all except Fire get Double Attack at 17+? I tried googling and searching for old posts but came up with nothing.

Great resource, but https://web.archive.org/web/20041001001046if_/http://www.magecompendium.com:80/ (and similar classic times I checked) doesn't mention dodge.

Dodge and parry early lowers fire dps pet since a miss doesn't trigger DS. It doesn't shock me
