"an undertow skeleton" in Dagnor's broken

I spent a level killing those skels in DC and everyone once in a while, one of them will run on low HP and not drop any coin (unlike the others who always drop some coin and never run).

Maybe a broken spawn of some kind.

@Telin: Check NPC_ID 70062 , I believe that is the skel in question. Other 2 show loots on encounter logs, but not that one.
