How to get Dacayed armor for Darkforge Armor?

Ok just wondering were exactly are the guys i want to kill for decayed armor. I know someone said there were in Cazic Thule but im wondering where in there or who drops it.

Tae Ew Crusaders drop the decayed armor for Darkforge. They spawn in a couple of places, that big pyramid or 4c is a good place to get them.
