i have been farming for froglok scyer for the last day and i still havent been able to get him to spawn. Ive been killing the 3 shamans on top of the platform where he spawns at and i was wondering if anyone has more information regarding his place holder or respawn rate.. thanks

Are you on the green server? It looks like the quests he's for are solusek ro quests, which aren't in the game yet. It's possible he isn't either.

He is stupid rare and not worth the effort. His drops aren't worth it.
