wizard spell availability on green?

The p1999 wiki only states which spells came with which expansion, but several patches that were not expansion related, also introduced spells/new ways to acquire them.

Is there an easily understandable overview where I can see, when to look for/attempt to research, certain spells?

Or do I need to peruse all the patches notes in waybackmachine to get my answer?

Welllllll here are the patch notes on the Wiki (http://wiki.project1999.com/Patch_Notes)...I don’t know whether they mention any wizard spell additions.

July 13, 1999 Test Server patch----------------

A new Wizard spell Chill Sight has been added to the Wizard vendors.

Plane of Fear Era--------------------------

Added Rend (Wizard) to Wizard clerk (lvl49).
Wizard Portal and Evac magics now have a wider AoE range to match Druid's Circle magic.
Added quests for wizards who do research. Go to North Karana for good attributed races and South Ro for evil attributed races.

August 10, 1999 Patch-----------------

Paralyzing Earth can now use Wizard and Necromancer.

September 13, 1999-----------

Gravity Flux will now research correctly for Wizard s.

October 28, 1999----------------------

Tishan and Markar's Clash spells (Wizard) have had their casting times reduced.

The big question is, if green will follow the exact timeline, or if we get the changes "bundled up" in bigger "content patches"?

I haven't seen many small hotfix/minor patches for p1999...

Supposedly they will do monthly patches.

Chill Sight, Bonds of Force and Rend will unlock at the correct times. Planes portal spells unlock when the planes open. PBAE target limit will go up to 25 again in September 1999. Ice Comet quest and Concordance of Research will unlock at the correct times. That's it though, maybe the rest for Green 2.0.

the biggest problem with green and teal fro wizards is that during the original live releas there was a way to obtain Ice comet using a rune of Cazic and a rune of combine(different version same name) that have been absent since the release of green. These runes were taken out of the game when the staff of the wheel quest came out, and the said runes were taking out of the game and left grandfathered to those still possessing them. As of now at least on green the only people able to get Ice comet are the wizards in Seal Team sadly, leaving all other wizards without any means to get them at the moment.

- Bond of Force

If they actually let the target limit go to 25 after implementing something as ridiculous as a list system then that is some major bs. Ae groups can easily monopolize full zones, who cares about one legacy items at that point. And yes, I’d be in one of those groups... or in a /list for it.
