BP & BotBDE aggro is broken. Warriors on live during kunark used blood points or BotBDE almost exclusively due to the aggro generation until epics. Rogues should really not be able to use these weapons without dying. Right now, SSotY's out aggro these weapons, and that is WRONG.

I have a post about blade of the black dragon eye here as well...with some evidence regarding envenomed breath aggro. Although not specifically referring to the blade, it's evidence of poison counter aggro.

Poison counter aggro was really high until the nerf in 2005:

seriously, rogues shouldn't be able to use these weapons at all without dying..

Lifetaps should be low aggro. BotBDE is completely off, though.
