This can be a confusing question since as of recently Japanese anime has seem to somehow transcended into American Cartoons (Yu GI Oh, PokeMon, ect) but im talking more like classic cartoons.

I loved Tale Spin, Duck Tales, Gummi Bears, Garfield (old not new), Bobby's World, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, REN AND STIMPY, Rocko's modern life, Doug, Dexter's laboratory, JOHNNY BRAVO, and more that i cant think of right now.
