Black spots

I have attached a screen shot of what I am dealing with in the game. If you look at the left you will see a black spot that just appears. It doesn't always happen in every place, but it happens pretty often. Also, losing pixels on the back of my helmet. ANYONE can help me? My drivers and computer are all up to date. Every other game runs great.

Please help!

Cause its a BMP. Save it as a PNG or JPG
