Graphical Issue

Greetings. I've been getting my older comp. set up so my wife and I can both play EQ together again.. So I got it all set up, but for some reason the graphics are all out of whack with character models. I was also having issues with screenshots, so I had to resort to snapping a couple pics with my phone. Anyone know how this can be resolved? Took a pic of the models, and a basic pic of the video card being used. Hoping it's a simple video setting adjustment or something.

Appreciate it. Sadly they haven't quite figured it out other than a better vid card. But still, appreciate it.
