Buy Button not responding

I'm having an issue where when I interact with a merchant the Buy button shows as depressed.

I tried camping and coming back in - no good.
I tried exiting and relaunching - no good.
I tried /loadskin 1 - no good.

Any other ideas or workarounds?

Yes - I checked multiple vendors and multiple items - only merchants in Kelethin though, did not check in any other towns

Yes - I tried multiple items (I could afford all of them) and tried different merchants as well - all were in Kelethin though
