Highpass Hold: Captain Orben Aggroing Under Bridge

Zone: Highpass Hold @ approx. +500, 150

Possible bug: When you try to run under the West Gate of Highpass Hold, Captain Orben aggros you from on top of the bridge (if you are KoS). He will also attack gnolls this way (the gnolls that spawn right under the gate or gnolls that patrol through the gate). Is this a bug?

Yes, groups would commonly setup in the lower right side of the red circle(gnoll ledge) on that map and gnolls would run from the EK zoneline -> south under the bridge, where the group could then tag them as they ran past. Captain never agrod the gnolls heading south if he was within his patrol path. He did agro and kill gnolls that he pathed near on the top side though.
