Missing NPC's

There are missing NPC vendors in multiple cities, one of which is "Keeper Suffering" in Cabilis. He is the only vendor for Gate in the city. Please advise

He is up beside all the other spell vendors on blue.

File this in bugs, include some evidence that the NPC was available in the classic-Luclin (ie. before 2002) era ... like say a link to an old forum post or fan site entry that mentions the mob, and is from <2002 ... and the devs will add them.

But keep in mind the devs have been working on this project for ten years, so the odds are high that if an NPC isn't here, they're not supposed to be here (eg. they were added in 2002+).

Hm, Keeper Suffering's location is wrong on the Wiki (http://wiki.project1999.com/Keeper_Suffering). He is actually down at location number 8 on the map. I've bought many a spell from him.
