Pretty sure PoSky MQs aren’t guaranteed to work. You can MQ the finished Cloak of Spiroc Feathers with Slime and Eye for box though

You CANNOT MQ any items within Plane of sky (ie to plane of sky quest mobs). But you can MQ finished PoSky items such as a finished cloak of spiroc feathers in the example you gave. Also on a related note, WTS cloak of spiroc feathers MQ, for the right price =)
