Getting Unknown Error when trying to log onto teal server

When I try to log onto the teal server, I'm getting , "An unknown error occurred while trying to join the server." I can log into the other servers without a problem. I've tried rebooting my computer, router, and modem. Also tried on a different computer with the same results. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Did you find any fix with that? I have the same issue currently with Green

I am also getting an error upon trying to load into the Teal or Green servers - Ive also rebooted and tried from different locations with the same results. :eek:

Looking for some word on if there is issues with the server or....

Having this isseu on blue server for two days now

use a VPN, was recommended to me by CSR and worked for me.
