I am providing Moodoro Finharn in qeynos the proper items and he never gives the correct item. I know how random works and I used 15pp worth of the proper item and he does not ever provide the correct item.

I found out why this happened. I have always handed the the card back no matter its value. I am almost certain this prevented me from getting the correct card.

I figured this out, make sure you delete the card he gives you and "do not give him the card back unless it is the correct one" this is ok on live but not here.
