Ro temple quest items are dropping already

People are farming up ro quest items to turn in when the zone is added. All quest items should be stripped from players when temple goes in to block this.

GrimFeather was added with the patch as far as I can see. No mentions of him anywhere until after the quests were added.

I heard people mention the shin armour, though I've not seen anyone equipped with it myself.

Didn't shin used to drop, anyway, before it was even used in a quest? I used to love these in the RZ "no drop lootquest" :)

Sort of like HG toes and firedrake scales - iirc, many of these dropped prior as just random goodies. However, I don't have src for this.

[off-topic: Totemic armor and some of the class exclusive armor freaking sucks, often offering 0-related stats. In the future, that'd be fun for custom content is to "fix" a lot of these armor quests to have some relevant stats so it's worth even a copper. Such a shame that such cool armor is just so bad]
