multiple accounts in one house - unlock my IP

How can my IP address be unlocked? I have 2 laptops that want to run 2 accounts each and BOX. A father son thing we do. I know others have this issue but there are no real answers. Is there no clear answer? are the devs in need of unlocking my ip? were does one go?

In the Petitions/Exploits section there is a sticky that contains the information on how to get IP exemptions.

post under the "Petition" section of the forums, theres a pre-fix you can select for the title of your thread called "IP Exemption" I've never done it but assuming thas where this post should be
