Green server Alt key

Is there a way I can change the ALT key to SHIFT to show the Gem spell numbers? Shift just more natural for me than the alt key. Seems to be build in the UI not a keybind setting.

hit Alt+O to open the options
Go to the Keys tab
Select Category: All

Scroll down till you see
Cast Gem 1
Cast Gem 2
etc
