Sneak quest hand ins

when handing in war braids at the Overthere fort in sneak mode, the Captain turns around and will attack after a few seconds. He shouldn't turn around

I've read many threads on this hand in method and they all say the same. you should be able to do it without him turning around and killing you. I'm a monk so can run away and FD in the few seconds it takes him to attack, but rogues and anyone else with sneak don't have that luxury.

Seconding this, it seems that every quest NPC that I've come across has displayed this behavior, and it shouldn't be happening. This was how Rogues and Monks completed many quests to NPCs that were KOS to them, even Cazic Thule.
