I think you might have to get lvl 16 for illusion dark elf and go into Neriak

if you are agnostic, your illusions should be enough. The same as going to Highkeep for your pet as a DEF, no problem once i covered myself in human rags. Illusion at zone lines, no guards in nek are that close unless trained.

Might want to ask yourself why you are a "good" race to begin with. ;)

Level 4, Illusion: human. Gnome illusion at level 8 works, too. With agnostic religion, you will be dubious to everyone.

Well, almost everyone; the Cleric guild will be threatening. But you get invis at 4, so that's fine!

The merchant these spells are on is actually on beta neutral faction; you could get in there with just invis, if you wanted.
