Cannot log in character after crash on zone

My character, thunk, on green crashed zoning from NRO to Oasis. I can no longer log him in.

I am able to log into Green, select my character, and the blue bar for loading my character into green goes to 100 percent and then just hangs there forever.

Can anyone help with this. I'd really like to play again.

For future people that get this error, I created a second char on green, logged that in, logged it out, then the original character was able to be logged in once more.

Update - this is not a fix. It just happened to work once. I now have my primary character in a state in which he can never log in. Can someone please help me with this. The problem in the first post persists and I can no longer play until this is resolved.

Was this the first time you ever zoned into Oasis? If so I bet there’s something wrong with your zone files.

No I've been in Oasis for many levels.

I'm pretty sure I need a dev to move me to my bind point. All I know is that he's level 17, I can't redo all that work and he'll never be logged in again at this point. I've tried 40 times.

It appears to be fixed. I deleted all files related to the character.

And its broken again.

Every time I crash it breaks anew. This time, deleting char related files doesn't fix.

Logging in another first doesn't fix.

I'm now having the same problem, and it didn't start happening until I /moved to Teal.

Full reinstall let me play again up until I had to zone. Game crashed and now when I try to log in that character, the loading progress fills to 100% and the game freezes.

I also had the issue with no characters showing up at the select screen after login, so I made a dummy alt which coincidently has absolutely no issues at the moment.

Character in question is stuck between Dagnor's and Unrest. I'm running windows 10 with the game in XP service pack 3 and ran as admin. I've re-extracted patch files to the EQ folder with no success.

Now, after a complete reinstall, the character cannot be loaded no matter what I do.

I've reset my router, I've deleted character specific files (there were none after reinstall).

I'm pretty depressed about the fact that my EQ career appears to be over because my char is glitched.

It appears to centered around oasis. I've has some luck (not perfect) zoning around elsewhere and logging in elsewhere. Oasis requires up to 25 tries to log in successfully, and is fraught with problems once I'm in.

Any help appreciated.

This is happening to me also. It happened to me last year as well and I used a vpn for a while. It seems to have something to do with my 5g network. This time, since I have access to a 2.4g, I switched over to the 2.4g and I don't have as many problems.

There's lots of old logs on this issue. Part of my problem is my Canadian internet (where I play from right now) which is always laggy compared to my US internet where I do not seem to have as many zoning/freezing/can't log back in problems.

If it's any consolation, there are others like me with similar issues with zoning.
Have done all of the recommended changes listed in other threads. Some work great, but only temporarily, as if something in a file is building up.

Note: my issue is with zoning through any of the Karanas zones, and yes I've been successful in zoning many times. Have reinstalled Titanium 3 times, each from different sources. I have even helped fix others with their issues in patching up.
