Character that can't log in

I have a character that cannot log in on Green after a crash while zoning.

Wondering if anyone has experienced the same.

The bar for loading green goes all the way full and then it just sits there forever.

a friend has the same problem.
other chars are possible to login.
pls reply if you get a solution.

You probably need a csr to move your character out of the zone.

This even happened on Live back in the day. Petition for a CSR

thx for your advice, he did a petition
after 2 hours it was possible to login the char.
