Alicia Starshimmer is missing from her spawn point. There are only 2 known vendors that sell enchant metals Alicia Starshimmer is one of them and shes missing from her spot or /loc. I dont know what happened but I as an high elf cannot figure out how I am going to go through the dark elf 3rd gate area to get it from a dark elf vendor. Please bring her back thank you.
