cleric velious leg click nerf?

So it seems the manual cast word of health heals more than the clicky now. Did this get caught up in the nerf that was intended for clicks on classes that otherwise can't cast the spell?

I mean ... it's a cleric spell after all.

Nevermind apparently at level 42 it clicks for the full amount. Just hit a level and before it was only healing for 80.
