I believe this was supposed to be a rare drop from any frog in the entire zone - I seem to recall seeing one off of Trakanon as well, but I could be mistaken and that might have just been the Cloak of Piety.

When I played on live, I saw one of these drop at zone in from a kor shaman that was one of the first two mobs, and multiple drops of it in disco and prison, since that's where I spent most of my time.

I don't know the drop rate for sure, but I'm sure at the saturation we keep Sebilis, we'd see at least one a day zone-wide.

I too remember this dropping off a Jin or Kor from zone in group way back when, but i think the drop rate on these was fractional when even compared to the Runebranded Girdle.

They were always extremely rare, at least in my case. Back on live I had spent well over a couple hundred hours in seb and never saw one drop. They are zone wide, but only off a specific type of frog (kor i think), much like RBG are drops from krups.

I think Kor shamans are the lowest hp/lvl mobs to kill in the zone. You'll probably only see a couple near the zone in and zone out. Venture any farther and the kors disappear.

I know for a fact it dropped on some higher frogs.
I don't think its the same level ones that were at the entrance?

Down the water tube towards track .. underwater cave to the large room with 4 "cells" attached.
Its the large entry room right before the teleporter out.

Looted it on a raid headed to trak one night :)

it's also never dropped off trakanon.

Only one on server is from a GM event, when normally it's a rare drop off Kor Shamans in Sebilis.

From upcoming patch notes:

Siblisian Berserker Cloak should be more likely to be seen in game. The rarity of the drop was not affected, but the chance to see one instead of a Stormwood Battle Staff was updated by taking the ratio of recorded staff drops to cloaks (very slight), and kor shamans were underrepresented in the spawn table due to a smaller level range

This means it can drop before the next patch, it's just very unlikely.
