Give an old man a tutorial please.

Right click the EQ/P99 icon, choose properties. Click Compatibility tab. Check windows XP(SP2 or 3) option.

Good instructions. That "compatibility tab" isn't there. I looked thru all the tabs and there wasn't an xp(sp2 or 3)
thanks for the try. I can live with it, the game is free.
It only happens when I play on green.

Setting WinXP compatibility to service pack 3 on eqgame.exe fixed it for me.

Is that a windows XP thing?
I'm old and don't know lots of computer stuff so this is a legit question.

What OS are you running?

If the Compatibility tab does not appear on your shortcut, instead of using the Launch Titanium.bat as your shortcut, go to your Everquest folder and make a shortcut for the file eqgame.exe. Once you have this on your desktop right click and select the Compatibility tab. Check the Compatibility mode box and select Windows XP (Service Pack 2) from the drop down list and click Apply. Then go to the Shortcut tab and in the top line where it says: "C:\EverQuest Titanium\eqgame.exe" etc. Type patchme after that line, so that it looks like this: "C:\EverQuest Titanium\eqgame.exe" patchme

Click Apply and OK and try restarting with this new shortcut, this worked for me.

Good luck :)

I'm using windoz 10
I did all that Luci and booted up the game. I'll have to check it later on the original issue. Family time now.
Thanks folks for your patience with this old geezer.
The avatar is my photo, that's how old I am.
