Leaving full screen mode when clicking on GUI item

Hey there.

I've got this weird bug that i've always had when playing P99 on the EQ Titanium client. Whenever i would first get in on the server by starting a session with any of my characters, if i clicked on any GUI item (hotkey button, spell icon, menu button, etc), my EQ client would leave full screen mode and go in windowed mode. But i had found out that by clicking on the EQ icon and going into the settings menu, i could temporarily correct the problem by switching the resolution a couple of times and going back in full screen mode. Then i'd be fine in full scren mode until i exited the game and connected again on the server for the following session.

But yesterday i connected for the first time on the new green server and for some reason, the default GUI that i had wasn't the same and was very stripped down. I couldn't find how to go in the settings menu so after a while i just got frustrated and left the game. I've always hated playing in windowed mode so...

Can anyone help me with this issue?

Alt-O will get you the settings screen. Once you are full screen change the resolution.

I have to do this after every time I tabbed out and back. You get used to it eventually.

I've been having the same issue and as well as this it seems like the game really hates my DisplayCAL LUT but I can just reload that once the game is launched at least. The fix Polixa mentioned does work but it should be noted that your desktop resolution needs to be the same as the one you intend to fullscreen to. So if you're running 1600x1200 on desktop and want to play in 1280x960 then you need to set the desktop to 1280x960 before you launch the game.
