dsetup.dll not the correct titanium version

I am getting a notice when I try to login to green server that dsetup.dll is not the correct titanium version. I checked my files and it's there. I am using WinEQ2 for a more comfortable interface. I have allowed WinEQ2 through my firewall, have allowed one or more clients through my firewall, and even downloaded AVG to see if that would fix it

it won't let me log on to any of the project 1999 servers. it gives me a link to click, but it says i'm restricted from viewing that forum post
