With this quick reboot tonight, we're making a small change in ToV. Getting put on the aggro list for a Dragon's Guard will no longer automatically add you to that Dragon's aggro list. The reverse will still happen, if you get added to the Dragon's aggro list, you will be added to the guards.
This does not prevent Social and Assist aggro from the Guards to the Dragon, just the linking mechanic. This should allow the guards to be split and killed without everyone added (and subsequently summoned) by the dragon.
Additionally, on the Red Server only, we have removed the 100% HP Summon Mechanic.
Also, we [Re?] capped the Mana Regen issues with some raid fights, serverwide.
