Same problem here, I was playing around with settings, hit "full screen" it tried to open and crashed. game will not reopen, gives an error. tried a restart that did not help. Any solutions?

I fixed it by opening eqclient.ini file and chaning WINDOWMODE=TRUE to WINDOWMODE=FALSE
