Some strange incidents in OOT last night

So I logged into OOT last night and for some reason my character was permanently levitating. I ran around levitating for a good couple hours. I eventually had to camp off some aggro and when I came back in my character was no longer levitating but now had been slowed. With SoW on I was moving perhaps close to "normal" running speed, but when I clicked off SoW I was nearly unable to move. Just crawling along super slow. I had camp in and out to fix it.

No idea how any of these things happened. I was not on the boat ever so that's not involved, nor did I have levitate on on previous log outs.

Known issue with boats when logging in and one is in the vicinity or some such thing, results in perma levitate until zoning. Not sure about the SoW bug portion, that seemed to be reported more frequently after the fast zoning patch went down.

Not unique to green bug, so moving.

Has to do with https://www.project1999.com/forums/showthread.php?t=31299 "You will now automagically levitate when on a boat."

It also happens with the small canoes. I'm sure there's another bug post about it.
