Password error

Been away from blue for some time. Heard about green so decided to log in and see what’s going on. Account name the same and I even changed my password. But I go to log in and get a password error!? I’ve looked all thru account and updated everything I can see but still no luck. Any ideas???

Thanks!! Tried to log in there but of course password was wrong. Tried to reset password and couldn’t recall the email used!? Swore it was the same as this info. Oh well, contacted the administrator!
