Can't Login for months

I have been trying to log on for months now and every time I try I get booted from the game in between selecting a server and waiting for the first loading screen to access my characters. please help me. I don't want any to be deleted and I really would just like to play!!!!

So you see the loading screen? What are your specs? What have you tried so far?

Im running windows 10 64bit on an AMD FX-8350 4.0ghz with 32gb ram and a nvidia geforce gt 1030.

I have tried redoing the patch several times and have run in admin. i also reinstalled the game.

no, i see no loading screen. pretty much when i click on the server and hit PLAY EVERQUEST! the game boots right right back to the login screen without even a glimpse of a loading screen.
