Incorrect Bard Piercing Skill Cap

Hello, I was made to notice just now that my Piercing is up to 250 when the cap should be 240. Please nerf me.

Bards have had their 1h blunt and 1h slash skill caps increased to 250. Their piercing skill cap has been increased to 240.

November 7, 2001 Patch notes, was done after the patch you're quoting but before Luclin.
