Sounds like Telin acknowledged this was an issue and says it is fixed pending update for all race class combos

Looks like Cazic cleric also the same. I'm presuming since Paineel doesn't yet exist at launch. Not that I recall what heretics did have.... wasn't it just a hut with trainers in some corner of the Toxx?
