Lore item foraging in Innothule

Hi, I'm foraging for the Druid epic in Innothule and got a duplicate lore item message. I haven't got the item I need so I'm wondering what it could've been.

Thanks for the info! I actually had the item in my bank from when I was passing through to go to guk in the past. How lucky is that?!
