Halfling rangers are allowed on character creation, but immediately get booted out and deleted once created.
I just started on p99 so this was very confusing, (I thought it might of had to do with the name I was trying to reserve at first) but it seems that halflings can't be rangers on this server, but character creation let's you proceed with one.
Might be a good idea to remove the option to create one before green launches as I'm sure plenty of other new players (or players returning after a long hiatus) might get confused.
