Essentially what I am selling is my coldain ring 9, either for someone who already has ring 10 and wants a ring 9 also, or as part of a MQ for someone to get their ring 10 upon completion of a ring war. That way, if you don't have a ring 9, but still want to bid for ring 10, I can turn in my ring 9 and you can turn in Narandi's head to receive ring 10. I've done this MQ successfully multiple times so I can guarantee it works. If you already have a ring 10 and want to get a ring 9 to go alongside that, it can be MQed to you via declaration of war hand in.
