New warrior gear

Hi I have a lvl 11 ogre warrior and would like some help with armor. I currently have lieutenants helm
Orc fang earrings
Schw
5/55 rings
Tar goo strands
Crusty bp, arms, legs and boots
Can you guys help with belt cloak neck mask and maybe helmet I have around 4k or so to spend

I'm a big fan of the grotesque alloy mask or targishin's bone mask. You seem to be more into str/sta so maybe not for you.

For waist the mithril plated girdle fits your philosophy.

Were wolf or dire wolf hide cloak if not a hooded black cloak.

Glowing bone collar or mithril torque.

I see its not your priority but i'd want more magic resist levelling up to avoid roots and slows.

I'm not dead set on a str stam build I put my starting points into DeX I bought the crusty for 500pp and had the other stuff In the bank
