The Friends List and other windows

I patched V50d today and my Friends List is not appearing. I don't get the red message when trying to bring up the map either, just nothing happens. Is this normal with the latest patch? The Friend List is not appropriate for P99? If so, what other windows do not function? I thought I read the Pet windows was disabled, but re-enabled.

I use the Velious UI.

I think the friend list window was disabled in the 49 patch.
