So tried messing around with the 3rd floor noble and wasn't winning, I rooted her around the corner from her room (3rd floor) then ran down 2 flights of stairs to the bottom floor near the vendor room to exit out. I was then backstabbed and killed...Checked chat to see if she broke root or anything funky and didn't see it. Nor was she even visible on my screen. Something's up with this new pathing patch because I've never been hit/killed by melee 2 floors below a NPC.
